We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. In accordance with French and European consumer law, you benefit from a legal right of withdrawal.

Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with Article L221-18 of the French Consumer Code, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without having to provide any reason.

The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day you, or a third party designated by you, receive the goods.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision by a clear statement (for example, by email).

Return Conditions

• Products must be returned unused, in their original condition and packaging, with all accessories and labels.

• Returns must be sent within 14 days after you have notified us of your decision to withdraw.

• Return shipping costs are borne by the customer, unless otherwise stated or in the case of a defective or incorrect item.

We reserve the right to refuse a return if the item shows signs of use, damage, or is not in its original condition.

Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved:

• A refund will be issued to your original method of payment.

• The refund includes the price of the product and the initial standard delivery costs (if applicable).

• Refunds are processed within 14 days of receiving the returned item or proof of return.

Non-Returnable Items

In accordance with the law, the right of withdrawal does not apply to:

• Customized or made-to-order products

• Sealed products that have been opened and cannot be returned for health or hygiene reasons
