Order Preparation
Each piece is carefully prepared and packaged with care. Please allow 1 to 4 business days before your order ships.

Delivery
Once shipped, your order will reach you within the following timeframes:
- Mainland France (Colissimo): 2 to 4 business days
- Europe (DHL / UPS): 3 to 7 business days
- Middle East (DHL / UPS): 5 to 10 business days
- North America (DHL / UPS): 7 to 12 business days
- Asia (DHL / UPS): 7 to 14 business days
- Rest of the world (DHL / UPS): 7 to 14 business days

Shipping fees are calculated automatically at checkout, based on your address and the weight of your order.

Taxes and Customs Duties
Good news for our customers in France and across the European Union: no customs fees apply. For deliveries outside the EU, any customs duties and local taxes remain the recipient's responsibility and are not included in our prices. These fees must be settled to clear your parcel through customs upon arrival. If they are not paid and the parcel is returned to us, the order unfortunately cannot be refunded.

Order Tracking
As soon as your order ships, you will receive an email with your tracking number to follow your parcel every step of the way until it reaches your door.
