Preparation

Each piece is prepared and packed with care. Please allow 1 to 4 business days before your order ships.

Delivery times

Once shipped, your order reaches you within a few business days in mainland France. The delivery options and their timeframes are shown at checkout, before you pay.

Tracking

As soon as your order ships, you receive an email with your tracking number, so you can follow your parcel until it reaches your door.

Below €200 and outside France

Delivery costs are calculated at checkout, based on your address and the weight of your order, and shown before you pay. No customs fees apply within the European Union. For deliveries outside the EU, customs duties and local taxes may apply: see our shipping policy.
