Free exchanges
The size isn't quite right, or you would prefer another colour? Exchanges are free everywhere in France: we cover the return and the new delivery.
How to exchange a piece
- Write to us at alex@alexandrarafie.com within 14 days of receiving your order, with your order number and the size or colour you would like.
- We send you a prepaid return label by email.
- As soon as we receive your piece, we send you the new one, free of charge.
Conditions
- Pieces must be returned unworn, unwashed, with their labels attached and in their original packaging.
- Exchanges are subject to availability. If the size or colour you would like is no longer available, we offer you another piece or a refund.
Prefer a refund?
You have 14 days from delivery to withdraw from your purchase. Returns for a refund follow our refund policy.
Outside France, write to us: we will find the best solution together.
